Florida is a “No Fault” state, but I have no idea what that means. If I cause the accedent, does my insurance pay?

i’m not sure about florida, but i would believe it to work much the same as michigan (another no-fault state). what this means is that the other party cannot go to your insurance company for their damages. each party goes through their own insurance company.
the only thing they may be able to get (if this applies in florida) is what’s called a mini-tort. if you were at fault, they still have to go through their insurance company, but if that insurance company charges their insured a deductible, they could go to your insurance company or even you (if you don’t have the coverage to have your insurance company pay it for you) to get that deductible back.
